I’d like to thank this firm for their help in ordering a spare part. We’ve had an outdoor awning for ten years. However, it needed some replacement parts. We went to your competition “Dex……a” to try and get some help. However, their “advice” was not to bother looking for the new part since “nothing lasts forever”, and to just buy a new awning, despite our old one still being in a good condition.
