This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) sets out, in a clear and transparent manner, the principles for the collection and use of information on our website, as well as other provisions related to the protection of your personal data. This Policy applies when you visit our website, register for a measurement, contact us regarding the purchase of products or services, request information, or subscribe to our newsletters.
This Policy also aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data. When processing your personal data, we act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legal acts.
For the purposes of personal data processing, we act as the data controller – Lauresta, Sole Proprietorship, legal entity code 163233143, with its registered office at Sandėlių g. 16, LT-95107 Klaipėda, Lithuania.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
In order to ensure transparent and responsible processing of personal data, we inform you that personal data may be processed for the following legitimate purposes:

Personal data collected for direct marketing purposes via the Facebook platform is processed only upon your separate consent to receive newsletters, offers, or other promotional materials;

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data no longer than is required to achieve the purposes of processing or as specified by applicable legal acts, if a longer retention period is established therein. Personal data is generally stored for as long as legitimate claims may arise from contractual relationships, or as long as necessary to pursue and protect our legitimate interests. Personal data that is no longer needed is securely destroyed.
