PAYMENT METHODS

WARRANTY, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERED PRODUCTS
All products purchased by individual customers come with a 2-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover:

Any damage caused by the Buyer, persons for whom the Buyer is responsible, or third parties;

Changes in color or properties of the products and their parts due to atmospheric factors;

Mechanical damage and defects resulting from it;

Damage arising from improper use, assembly, or maintenance of the product;

Damage caused by accidental events (fire, flood, lightning, or similar incidents);
-
Any modifications or repairs carried out by the Buyer.
Products of suitable quality and individually manufactured products that were specially prepared, cut, or customized at the Buyer’s request are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, amended by Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014).
If a purchased product does not meet quality requirements or if the Buyer is not satisfied with it (provided the product was not custom-made and is not among items that, under applicable laws, cannot be returned), the Buyer may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, the Buyer should contact “Lauresta” by phone at +370 640 12345, by email at uzsakymai@lauresta.lt, or by visiting the nearest showroom.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of product delivery, except for the exceptions set out in Article 6.228(10) Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. To withdraw, the Buyer must submit a properly completed withdrawal form or a clear written statement of their decision. The payment (including delivery costs) will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal notice. The Buyer must cover the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be dispatched or handed over no later than 14 days from notifying the Seller. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until proof of dispatch is provided. If the Buyer cancels an order for individually manufactured products, the Buyer must compensate the Seller for losses incurred due to the termination (production, transportation, storage, etc.).
Products will not be accepted for return if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their commercial appearance (minor changes to packaging necessary for product inspection are not considered significant). If the Buyer damages the product’s appearance or causes loss of commercial value, they must compensate the Seller for incurred losses. The Buyer covers the cost of returning the products.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the Buyer believes their rights have been violated, they must submit a written complaint to the Seller within 3 months from the date of the violation, by email at atsiliepimai@lauresta.lt or at the nearest showroom, clearly stating their claims. The Seller must review the complaint free of charge and provide a detailed, reasoned written response, supported by documents, within 14 days.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the Buyer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution, or to the court.
